Duty free agent ALFA Brands, which represents wines, spirits, tobacco and confectionery brands in North American duty free/travel retail, has been chosen to represent Hardy Cognac in the Canadian duty free/travel retail markets.

With a history dating back to 1863, Hardy Cognac is well known for its high quality and traditional production methods. This family house, recognizable by its rooster logo, was one of the first to embrace a worldwide distribution network.

Hardy Cognac offers a range of five Cognac Collections.

“We are delighted and honored by this appointment, which adds such a prestigious, haute couture, elite brand as Hardy Cognac to our portfolio, underscoring our long-term commitment to grow our liquor category,” said Franco Gabriele, President, ALFA Brands.

Hardy Cognac introduced its new Legend, available in 700ml, 750ml and soon liters and 50ml versions, in June at Vinexpo in Bordeaux.
