Louis Royer receives three gold awards
At the Tastings International Review of Spirits, America’s oldest and most influential spirits competition, Louis Royer products received three gold award from the Beverage Testing Institute (BTI).

Louis Royer Force 53 , with these BTI tasting notes: “Brilliant amber copper color. Aromas of honeyed raisin cake, brown spices, and fig custard with a vibrant, fruity-yet-dry medium-full body and a long chocolate, poached pear, anise, and peppery spice finish. Heat integrates nicely with a touch of water making this overproof cognac a superb choice for artisanal cocktails.”
Louis Royer XO: “Deep copper mahogany color. Layered aromas of peach cobbler, raisin compote, cola, and chocolate buttercream with a satiny fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a long, highly polished finish with notes of brown spices, dried cherries, honey cream, birch beer, and sandalwood incense ash. A delicious, complex, and seamless XO Cognac that is a pleasure to sip.”
Louis Royer Extra: “Dark copper mahogany color. Layered aromas of browns spices, cola, nuts, and dried fruits with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and along, chocolate citrus and spice finish. Great purity and elegance.”
