By Hibah Noor

The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) welcomes 3Sixty Duty Free's Philip Hancock (above) as its newest member to the Board of Directors.

Hancock joined 3Sixty in April 2017 as Chief Accounting Officer and was promoted to CFO in April 2018. In his role he helped position 3Sixty (formerly DFASS) for a collaboration with The Shilla Duty Free, who subscribed to a 44% equity position announced in late 2019. Prior to 3Sixty, Hancock was VP of Finance North America at World Duty Free Group where he was responsible for building the accounting function and ultimately preparing the business for acquisition by Dufry. Hancock is also a board member of Hand in Hand for Haiti.

“I am grateful to be in a position where I can contribute toward effecting positive change for IAADFS and for the duty free and travel retail industry as a whole,” stated Hancock.

“We are thrilled to have Philip join the Board,” said Michael Payne, President and CEO of IAADFS. “His level of experience will prove invaluable to IAADFS as we move forward.”
