ASUTIL announces social activity

The final ASUTIL conference social activity has just been announced. The event will be held on Friday, June 9th, and is included in the registration fee for delegates and their partners.

This year’s event lasts all day. Delegates and guests will visit special spots in Rio, such as the famous “Pão de Açucar” and the Guanabara Bay, which will provide you a fantastic view of Rio de Janeiro. In the afternoon delegates and guests will enjoy the Brazilian Carnival, as it is well known that you haven´t visit Rio if you didn´t get to experience their famous carnival.

09:00 am / Arrival to Pão de Açúcar
09:15 - 10:15 am / Visit Pão de Açúcar
10:30 am / Departure to Marina da Gloria
11:00 - 12:30 pm / Boat trip through the Guanabara Bay
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm / Lunch, typical Brazilian feijoada
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm / Carnival Experience
4:45 pm / Departure towards the hotel
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm / Arrival to Hilton Barra
