Denver International Airport appoints two key executives
Denver International Airport (DIA) has announced the appointment of Bhavesh Patel as the new Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Vice President in charge of Commercial, Concessions and Real Estate; the airport has also announced the appointment of Ken Greene as Chief Operating Officer, leading the team than manages Airport Infrastructure Management, Technologies, Airport Operations, the Hotel and Transit Center and Special Projects.
Patel will begin his new position on January 20, 2015. He is making the move from Tampa International Airport, where he is the Director of Airport Concessions. With more than 19 years’ experience in airport, airline, and both public and private aviation, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. In Tampa, he led the Airport Concessions Redevelopment Program and is also recognized for developing and leading the airport’s outreach program.
Ken Greene has been with DIA since 2009. Since 2011, he has been the Deputy Manager for Airport Operations. He will begin his new role on January 1, 2015.
