Diageo announces two key appointments

Peter Fairbrother, Marketing Director, Diageo GTME 

Doug Bagley, Managing Director of Diageo Global Travel and Middle East (GTME), has announced two key appointments to his Singapore-based team.

Peter Fairbrother has been appointed Global Marketing Director, GTME, replacing Steve White. He will head all brand and marketing activities in global travel retail. Fairbrother was previously Diageo’s White Spirits Director, responsible for the company’s global reserve vodka and gin portfolios. He has held numerous key management positions throughout his 20 years at Diageo. Fairbrother’s predecessor, Steve White, has accepted the position of Marketing Director, Africa Regional Markets, and will be based in the UK.

Craig Norwell, Strategy & Global Customer Director, Diageo GTME

Craig Norwell has been appointed Strategy & Global Customer Director, GTME. Norwell, who has been with Diageo for four years, was most recently the Route to Consumer Director for Diageo Asia Pacific. His new role will be to lead business development in global travel retail.
