Diego Rincón joins Philadelphia International Airport as Deputy Chair of Aviation, Capital Development
Diego Rincón, AAE (Accredited Airport Executive), has joined Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) as Deputy Director of Aviation, Capital Development. He is an aviation professional with planning, engineering, program management and construction management experience, both domestically and internationally.
Rincón will oversee the implementation of PHL’s Capacity Enhancement Program and will also coordinate capital improvement projects with the airport’s tenants and internal departments, ensuring safety and quality.
Rincón’s experience includes over 20 years leading and contributing to major airport development programs in Washington, D.C., Dallas, and Mumbai. His experience in supporting airport development includes work in Mexico, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Honduras, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain, Hungary and India. He has served as a consultant and has held senior executive roles in airport management in public and private sector roles.
