ARI opens new store in Podgorica, Montenegro

The opening of Montenegro Duty Free marks the beginning of ARI’s duty free and travel retail concession with Montenegro Airports and ARI’s return to the Balkans

Aer Rianta International (ARI) opened its new store at Podgorica Airport, with a second store opening in Tivat on, June 10, 2021. This week’s opening marks the beginning of ARI’s duty free and travel retail concession with Montenegro Airports and ARI’s return to the Balkans.

The new 122-sqm duty free store branded “Montenegro Duty Free” offers core categories of perfume and cosmetics, liquor and confectionery, as well as an extensive selection of designer sunglasses and jewelry. The store boasts many valuable brands including premium spirits and luxury beauty brands such as Chanel, Dior, Giorgio Armani and Tom Ford. Passengers can also look forward to an authentic, local “sense of place” offering with a broad choice of wine and locally produced foods and destination-branded souvenirs, gifts and toys.
