The Dalmore Distillery wins acclaimed whisky award in China
Whisky maker The Dalmore celebrates its win with ‘Distiller of the Year’ award at Whisky Magazine’s Icons of Whisky China 2019 ceremony which took place on Saturday November 26th.
The peer-nominated award recognizes the quality and reputation of The Dalmore in China amongst distributors, wholesalers and industry experts, and highlights the distillery as one of the market’s leading single malt whisky brands.
The Dalmore is home to some of the worlds oldest whisky stocks, with new expressions and releases developed.
Judges considered recent market-specific releases along with the distillery’s most exceptional expressions including the world’s only six cask-finished whisky, The Dalmore King Alexander III. These, alonside the consistency of The Dalmore’s Pricipal Collection, including it’s popular 15 and 18 year old single malts, led judges to award The Dalmore with Distiller of the Year 2019.
