Kreol Group to showcase Dobbe Cognac in travel retail

Kreol Retail FZE is partnering with Dobbe Cognac to showcase its products in the travel retail world.

“The Dobbe estate includes vineyards, distilleries and ageing cellars managed exclusively by eight generations of the family. We are proud to be associated with a brand that takes so much care in creating this exclusive product. We plan to introduce the VS, VSOP and XO variants,” said Lal Arakulath, CEO, Kreol Group.

Dobbe vineyards are managed in accordance with the latest environmental standards. Only the best grapes are selected to be pressed. After a natural fermentation phase, the wine is double-distilled on light lees in Charente stills. This traditional process guarantees the quality of the eaux-de-vie.

Dobbe Cognac VS, the first Cognac in the range, will appeal to those who love pure flavors. Its aroma is that of vanilla oak, hazelnut, dried fig and tea. Its rich golden hues reveal a well-developed character, leading to a warm, intense finish.

Dobbe Cognac VSOP has floral notes of violet and rose with hints of apricot jam and vanilla. Its golden yellow color contains amber hues. It has a smooth finish which can be consumed on its own or in a cocktail.

Dobbe Cognac XO Extra has a velvety flavor, enriched with notes of jasmine, candied orange and toasted brioche. It has a mahogany hue and a long-lasting finish which can linger on the palate for 15 minutes, according to Dobbe. It can be enjoyed as a traditional end to a meal or with chocolate desserts.

Nicolas Stearns of Dobbe Cognac said, “We are committed to extending our reach into the travel retail world. We eagerly anticipate the long-term benefits our association with Kreol Group will bring to our business.”
