Hong Kong International Airport calls tender for packaged food concessions

Hong Kong International Airport has called for a tender for packaged food concessions

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is inviting operators to submit a proposal for a Chinese/local packaged food concession at the airport.

Details on the concessions are as follows.

Tender Licence A is a 50 square meter space located at the level 7, Departures Check-in Hall, Terminal 1 (Non-restricted Area).

Licences B, C and D are located at the Level 6, Departures, Midfield Concourse
(Restricted Area). B is 74 square meters, C is 49 square meters and D is 67 square meters.

Operators have to submit their proposals by 30 April 2019, 2:30 p.m. Hong Kong time.

This tender is the second one that the airport has called for this month. On 1 March, HKIA invited operators to submit a proposal for a speciality food concession in Terminal 1 which will close on 28 March.

According to HKIA’s 2018 Consumers Shopping and Dining Behavior Tracking Survey, their passengers come from all over the world and 46% of them are executives, professionals and proprietors.

HKIA is also one of the busiest airports in the world, with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities, serving over 120 airlines. Last year, HKIA served 74.7 million passengers.
