Brisbane Airport Corporation is inviting operators to submit proposals for one or all of the proposed F & B concepts in the RFP

Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) has called for an RFP involving several concession sites located within its Domestic Terminal.

The RFP is for the last food and beverage concession in the second stage of Brisbane Airport’s Domestic Terminal Redevelopment. Stage one of the re-development was completed in 2016 and the airport started the second stage in mid-2018.

The concession sites range from approximately 120 square meters to 340 square meters located in prominent areas across level 1 Arrivals and level 2 Departures in the southern end of the terminal (predominantly accommodating Virgin Australia services).

Under the RFP, operators can submit proposals for one or all the proposed concepts which include a family-oriented café with entertainment areas, an iconic licensed restaurant serving all-day meals, or a grab and go café offer.

Operators are required to demonstrate their experience, capacity and resources to deliver BAC’s retail vision of creating a liveable airport environment that provides retail, commercial and recreational experience that is uniquely Brisbane.

The RFP closes at 4pm AEST on Friday 31 January 2020.
