Gary Clarke leaves Mars Wrigley ITR, as Jack Tabbers assigned interim GM role
Gary Clarke, General Manager of Mars Wrigley’s International Travel Retail (ITR) will be leaving his current role April 30
Jack Tabbers, General Manager of Mars Netherlands has been appointed to lead Mars Wrigley International Travel Retail in an interim role. This comes after the announcement of Gary Clarke General Manager of Mars Wrigley’s International Travel Retail (ITR) role will come to an end on April 30.
Tabbers, will take on this role an interim capacity alongside his existing responsibilities.
As GM of Mars Wrigley, Clarke has led the transition of the Mars Wrigley ITR business to a purpose-driven business unit based on real traveler insights, with an admired portfolio and effective activations designed to create better moments that make travelers smile. With his characteristic relentless focus on people, Mars Associates and travelers alike, he introduced the travel retail industry to the concept of “Economics of Mutuality”, providing inspiration around delivering greater value to society, people and the environment while delivering superior business returns.
