Macau Airport is inviting operators to submit a proposal to set up and operate a beverage/snack outlet providing specialized beverages such as hand-shaken tea, bubble/boba drinks, freshly squeezed juices or smoothies, and/or snacks such as salads, bread etc.

The shop area, located at the landside of the North Arrival Level of the Passenger Terminal building, is around 22 meters square.

Macau Airport said it will be evaluating the proposals based on five criteria – operator’s experience and qualifications, customer service, financials, marketing and operation plans and the design and proposed capital investment.

Operators must submit their proposals by 12 noon, 10 February 2020 (Macau local time).

The RFP documents will be available on the Macau Airport website www.camacau.com from November 20, 2019 to February 10, 2020 (Macau local time).
