FOREO hosts training session with Yegeun F&C staff
Following the announcement of its new partnership with e-commerce specialist Yegeun F&C, Swedish beauty and tech giant FOREO has wasted no time in getting down to business.
To ensure that Yegeun F&C employees are able to educate customers on the brand’s product benefits, FOREO Korea conducted a brand introduction and product training session for all employees on November 25.
The session saw employees become more motivated to expose FOREO to an even wider customer base, and increased their confidence in the brand, the company said.
FOREO Global Travel Retail Director Gary Leong said: “Our beauty advisors are one of the key points of interaction between the brand and customers. Having a beauty advisor or salesperson that truly believes in our brands and the efficacy of our products is crucial to be able to retain new and current customers. We are more than happy to organize training sessions in order to properly educate and motivate the faces of our brand.
“In addition to employees from the customer service division, the PR, marketing, logistics and sales departments also joined the session, including the CEO and the VP of Yegeun F&C. We are overwhelmed at the response from Yegeun F&C, and thank them for their unwavering support.”
Yegeun F&C, a company specializing in e-commerce operations, will assist FOREO in aggressively developing its business in the ever expanding online e-commerce market.
Yegeun F&C manages online channels for major brands in Korea, such as department shopping malls and open markets in D2C format.
