Summit of the Americas gets going in West Palm Beach
After a three-year hiatus, the International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) kicked off the 2022 Summit of the Americas in warm and mostly cloudless West Palm Beach. The event is hosted at the Palm Beach County Convention Centerthis year.
The Summit will cover the major challenges and opportunities that suppliers, operators, airports, consumers and airlines are facing. The program topics include the overall state of the industry, employment challenges, customer spending trends and product preference, airport contract and infrastructure issues, advocacy/regulatory obstacles, and cruise sector and sustainability.
This year, the learning sessions and exhibit are running concurrently to give attendees a more cost-effective event, with more choice and flexibility over their schedules.
