Dubai Duty Free warehouse fire safely extinguished
Dubai Duty Free has confirmed that a fire started in the issuing yard of the company’s warehouse in Umm Ramool on August 10 at around 2pm.
In a statement, the operator said that all Dubai Duty Free employees were evacuated safely and in a timely manner. There were no injuries during the incident.
The Dubai Civil Defense were quickly on the scene and extinguished the fire within minutes.
Dubai Duty Free thanked the emergency services for their swift action.
The cause of the fire was not stated.
