Le Clos scores a hat-trick with third store at Dubai International

2013 is set to be a vintage year for Le Clos, the award winning duty free finest wines and luxury spirits retailer, which has opened its new flagship store—the third Le Clos outlet—at Dubai International Terminal 3 Concourse A with a series of special offers for customers, starting from day one, including rewards with every purchase to an exciting and valuable prize draw for Bordeaux wine lovers. Located near gate A1 (the original store is adjacent to gate B8 in Terminal 3), the new Le Clos store was launched on schedule on January 2, 2013 with the opening of the new concourse.

Customers spending AED1,000 (US$270) or more at Le Clos during the opening two months (January 2 to February 28) are entered into a draw for a once in a lifetime opportunity to win a very special mixed case of stunning first growth and other iconic Bordeaux wines from the famed Chateaux, including Lafite, Mouton Rothschild and Margaux, worth more than US$20,000, featuring bottles from the fabulous 2003 vintage. The promotion will close on February 28and the winner announced in March, 2013.

With its dramatic new store design, complete with a decommissioned “Whisky Still” feature, Le Clos serves unique, rare and valuable bottles, limited editions and expressions that cannot be found anywhere else. In addition to a unique range, Le Clos’ highly qualified professional experts can guide customers on selections in more than 20 languages, 24 hours a day.

Le Clos—the Fine Wine & Spirits Airport Duty Free Store—also allows customers to reserve their selections before their flights hit the tarmac through their interactive website. Patrons of Le Clos wanting to discover more about the extensive portfolio are invited to browse through the online cellar, where they will find every product in the extensive range, including in-depth details on each of their unique qualities. 

Clients can also choose on departure and collect on arrival. With the arrivals service the purchase is delivered to the customer at the arrivals hall with the purchase packed and ready to take home. First Class passengers can opt to pick up their order from the Emirates lounge as well.

Le Clos’ selection includes rare and highly sought after wines from stunning vintages to iconic new wines and spirits steeped in tradition and history. Whether an expert, enthusiast or a customer who simply knows what she or he likes, customers can enjoy browsing the high quality selection which caters for a wide spectrum of tastes and prices, from as little as US$28.
