Champagne Lanson’s Le Black Réserve earns top score
With 96 points, Wine Enthusiast awards the best score in its non-vintage category and the mention Editor’s Choice to Champagne Lanson’s new cuvée: Le Black Réserve.
The champagne producer’s different cuvées also achieved high ratings: Le Vintage 2009 (94), Le Green Label Bio (94), Le Blanc de Blancs (93), Le Black Label Brut (92) and le Rosé (92).
These ratings reflect the work of the team and serve as a testament of the recognition of the quality of Champagne Lanson. Plus, they affirm its place among the great wines of Champagne.
“A blend of as many as 100 different parcels, this newly-created cuvée has depth and richness both from the high proportion of Pinot Noir and the 45% of reserve wines.
This wine's ripe green-plum and fine perfumed character give touches of coming, full maturity. Drink this very fine bottling now, but also age for several years,” says Roger VOSS, Wine & Food Author, Wine Enthusiast.
Le Black Réserve is exclusively available in duty free, on-premise and at wine retailers. In addition to Le Blanc de Blancs, it’s now on-shelf with Lagardère at Paris airports.
